NOTICE
The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on October 25, 2006, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the following votes:
Bill 67 (2006) Rental of Surfboard Lockers on Kuhio Beach The purpose of this bill is to establish the rental of surfboard lockers on Kuhio Beach under the jurisdiction of the Department of Enterprise Services and to authorize that department to adopt rules and regulations pursuant to law for the proper rental, management, maintenance and safety of those lockers.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino. 8.
EXCUSED: Councilmember Tam. 1.
Bill 68 (2006) Prostitution The purpose of this bill is to amend the Downtown prostitution-free zone established in accordance with HRS Section 712-1207.
