NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
INTERIOR ADVERTISING ON TheBus

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation Services (DTS), City and County of Honolulu will hold a public hearing, for the purpose of providing citizens the opportunity to present their views on revisions to rates and policies of interior advertising on TheBus. The hearing will be held in accordance with the following schedule:
Date: Friday December 1, 2006

Frank F. Fasi Municipal Building
650 South King Street
3rd Floor Conference Room
Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
Time: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

€ A copy will be mailed to any interested person(s) upon request.
€ A cassette version is available on request by calling the Public Transit Division at 523-4138.

All interested persons are invited to express their views on this matter. Persons wishing to speak at the public hearing must sign up on the day of the hearing and presentations will be limited to three minutes. Also, two written copies of the statement presented will be required for the record. Written testimony will be accepted until Friday December 1, 2006 by 4:30pm at the above address.

Any person with a hearing impairment desiring to attend the public hearing may request the assistance of a sign language interpreter provided that such request is made no later than seven days prior to the scheduled public hearing. Requests for a sign language interpreter may be made by calling the Public Transit Division at 523-4138.
