NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
The ORI Anuenue Hale, Inc., a non-profit organization, will seek the services of the Air Force Innovative Readiness Training Program to help construct facilities for its Aloha Gardens project. Due to the availability of funds this is the only means by which this project can be completed.
