YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Board of Nursing will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91 and 436B to determine whether or not Sybil M. Hall’s license should be revoked, suspended or other disciplinary action taken against this license. This Petition alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 457 and 436B.
The hearing will be conducted on December 21, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. in the Hearings Room, First Floor, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.
