DEPARTMENT OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
TAX MAP KEYS: 5-9-5: Portion 38 & 82 and 5-9-6: 1, 18 & Portion 24
Applicant: Department of Design and Construction
Landowner: Obayashi Corporation
Location: The site is located in the ahupuaa of Pupukea and Paumalu in the District of Koolau Loa, on the North Shore of the island of Oahu.
Land Area: Applicants proposal: Approximately 1,129 acres
DPPs Correction: Approximately 1,003 acres
REQUEST: Change in zoning from Country District, P-2 General Preservation District and R-5 Residential District to AG-2 General Agricultural District to preserve the agricultural lands and open space character of the North Shore.
