The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of a portion of an unimproved State property in Kakaako, Oahu, Hawaii:

Approximately 1.25 Acres

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to produce affordable rental units.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashiers or certified check only. HHFDC offices are located at:

An informational meeting on the RFP will be held in the HHFDC Boardroom at 10:30 a.m. on November 21, 2006.
