PERSONNEL SPECIALIST II CULTURAL DIVERSITY, POSITION NO. 79304. This position is located in the Personnel Development Branch, Office of Human Resources. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in business administration with specialization in human resource management or management including course work in personnel administration and industrial relations. Four (4) years of professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resource management, of which one (1) year shall have been in an education program, agency, or system. SALARY RANGE: SR-7, $68,843 to $97,456. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
