PERSONNEL SPECIALIST II EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. POSITION NO. 73073. This position is located in the Office of Human Resources. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in business administration with specialization in human resource management or with specialization in management which included course work in personnel administration. Four (4) years of professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resources of which one (1) year shall have been in an educational program, agency, or system. SALARY RANGE: SR-7, $68,843 to $97,456. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the first step in accordance with Department regulations.
