WHO’D LIKE TO GET BACK TO WORK

The State of Hawaii Division of Financial Institutions needs to fill several full time Examiner positions in its Field Examination Branch and in its Licensing and Regulatory Analysis Branch. Positions are exempt from the civil service system.

Successful candidates will have an accounting background, with appropriate sub-specialties in areas such as commercial business lending, consumer compliance, residential mortgage lending, internal auditing or Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering systems and procedures. Facility with Microsoft Office and email programs required.

All positions involve some degree of travel, primarily intra-state. Post employment training includes comprehensive courses of instruction at Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation training facilities in Washington D. C., as well as Conference of State Bank Supervisor training programs, professional association courses, seminars and web sessions.

Annual starting salary up to $55,500, depending upon qualifications and experience, plus generous State of Hawaii benefit package.
