POLLING SERVICES

The City Council, City and County of Honolulu, is seeking competitive bids for the services of a polling/survey organization to conduct an island-wide, statistically significant survey to ascertain public sentiment on a variety of City-provided services.

Offerors must have a) at least five (5) years experience in developing and executing statistically significant community surveys, b) experience and knowledge of City issues and c) professionally-trained polltakers.

Bid Packet No. CCL-IFB-060701 will be available for pickup on Monday, September 25, 2006, at 530 South King Street, Room 202; Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
