PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to sell directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, a portion of reclaimed lands of the former Punaluu Fishponds of Kaneohe fronting Lot 17 of Land Court Consolidation 51, situated at Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii. This sale shall enable purchaser to use said parcel in consolidation with his abutting land.
