As part of the City & County of Honolulus recycling efforts, the Department of Environmental Services has unscreened biosolids compost for sale at $7.50 per cubic yard (minimum 4 cubic yards). Product is avail-able for pick-up at Kalaeloa (formerly Barbers Point) and price includes loading.
