NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu intends to lease City-owned properties as follows:
1. One single-family dwelling to Hale Kipa, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, for the operation of a group home for youth. The dwelling is located at 1322 Haloa Drive, Honolulu (TMK: 9-1-47:081).
2. A 43-unit apartment building to Housing Solutions Incorporated, a nonprofit corporation, for the operation of transitional housing for families with children. The building is located at 565 Quinn Lane, (TMK: 2-1-31:019).
3. One duplex dwelling to Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Honolulu, dba Catholic Charities, a nonprofit corporation, for the operation of group homes for the elderly. The duplex is located at 1027 and 1029 Lowell Place, Honolulu (TMK: 9-1-006:080).
In compliance with Section 28-3.5 Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, a public hearing for the lease of City property will be held as follows:

Time: 2:00 p.m.
Place: Standard Finance Building, 715 South King Street, Room 205
All interested persons are invited to attend such hearing and to state their views relative to the proposed leases either orally or in writing. Written comments may be addressed to Deborah Kim Morikawa, Director, Department of Community Services, 715 South King Street, Room 311, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Questions regarding the hearing and proposed leases may be directed to Deborah Kim Morikawa at the above address or telephone 527-5780 on regular business days between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
