NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on August 16, 2006 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 06-39 [Bill 84 (2004), CD2, FD2] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to parades.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino, Tam. – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Garcia. – 1.
Approved: September 1, 2006.
Effective: This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval, provided that it shall not apply to parades or activities scheduled to occur prior to January 1, 2007.

Ordinance 06-40 [Bill 87 (2004), CD2] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to solid waste.
