NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED HEARING
TO: CHINA MOTOR CORPORATION, dba ABC Car Care
Center and MICHAEL LUH
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Board will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapters 91, 436B to determine whether or not your motor vehicle repair dealers license and motor vehicle repair mechanics license should be revoked, suspended, and/or whether other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petition alleges violations of HRS Chapters 436B and 437B.
The hearing will be conducted on October 12, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
