New Condominium Law Seminar

The new condominium law (514B) became effective on July 1, 2006
and affects how condominiums are developed, sold, managed and
self governed by its boards. The Hawaii Real Estate Commission
invites condominium owners, directors of condominium boards,
managing agents, developers and their attorneys and agents, real
estate licensees, the general public and other interested individuals
to attend its encore presentation of the New Condominium Law
Seminar to learn about this new law.
