NOTICE

The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on August 16, 2006, passed the following bill on Second Reading by the following votes:

Bill 58 (2006) – The purpose of this bill is to establish regulations relating to vehicle towing operations in the City and County of Honolulu and to supersede state regulation of such operations in the city.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall. – 7.
NOES: Councilmember Okino. – 1.
EXCUSED: Councilmember Tam. – 1.
