NOTICE TO OFFERORS
A Request for Proposals to provide services to plan, execute, and report on the legislative broadcast project to start on December 1, 2006 and end on November 30, 2007 covering the 2007 Regular Session and interim, with an option to renew, beginning December 1, 2007 and ending on November 14, 2008, covering the 2008 Regular Session and interim, is issued by the Hawaii State Legislature. Proposals are due by October 2, 2006, no later than 2:00 p.m. at the Senate Chief Clerks Office, State Capitol, Room 010, or the House Chief Clerk\u2019s Office, State Capitol, Room 027, 415 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Any written questions regarding the Request for Proposals must be submitted by September 13, 2006.
The award for the contract will be made by October 17, 2006, and the contract start date shall be on December 1, 2006.

The Hawaii State Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any defects in offers in the best interest of the public.
