Traffic Schedule No. 2006-7
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2006-7 TO AMEND SCHEDULE III OF SECTION 15-6.3 ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED RIGHT/LEFT TURNS ON RED; SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–25 MPH; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule III of 15-6.3 establishing prohibited right/left turns on red by deleting therefrom the following item:
Emily-Queen. No right turn from Emily St. into Queen St. in the Ewa direction.
b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:
Paikauhale St., for its entire length.
c. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
Kaneloa Rd., mauka side, between Paoakalani Ave. and Wai Nani Wy.
Malia St., makai side, distance 190 Koko Head direction from a point 110 Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Hoakoa Pl.
Malia St., makai side, distance 120 Koko Head direction from a point 40 Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Alakoa St.
Malia St., makai side, distance 110 Koko Head direction from a point 135 Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Alakoa St.
Malia St., makai side, distance 65 Ewa direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Makaikoa St.
Pohaku St., Ewa side, distance 58 makai direction from the makai/Ewa curb prolongation of N. School St.
Pohaku St., Koko Head side, distance 60 makai direction from the makai/Koko Head curb prolongation of N. School St.
Sixteenth Ave., Ewa side, distance 45 mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kilauea Ave.
2. By amending thereto the following items:
Clayton St., mauka side, distance 140 Koko Head direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kapiolani Blvd.; to read:
Clayton St., mauka side, distance 140 Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kapiolani Blvd.
Clayton St., mauka side, from a point 140 Koko Head direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kapiolani Blvd. to the end of the City and County portion, approximately 100, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays; to read:
Clayton St., mauka side, distance 110 Koko Head direction from a point 140 Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kapiolani Blvd., 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.
Malia St., makai side, distance 115 Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Makaikoa St.; to read:
Malia St., makai side, distance 115 Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Makaikoa St., 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., school days only.
3. By deleting therefrom the following items:
Mott-Smith Dr., Koko Head side, distance 155 mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Nehoa St.
Sixteenth Ave., from Waialae Ave. to Ft. Ruger, except on Ewa side from Waialae Ave. to Kilauea Ave.
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
