Req. bachelor’s deg. which provided background in development/evaluation of training/education programs; 1-1/2 yrs. professional exp. in a training/education program as an instructor, counselor, administrator or manager; 1 yr. professional exp. in a training/education program related to substance abuse prevention or treatment. Appropriate substitutions allowed.
