NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED BIDS will be received and publicly opened at 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, August 17, 2006, Hawaii Community Development Authority, 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 1001, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 for the following:
TO PROVIDE A MOBILE FOOD CONCESSION AT:
KAKAAKO WATERFRONT PARK, Oahu, Hawaii
KEWALO BASIN PARK, Oahu, Hawaii
(BIDDERS MAY BID ON ONE OR BOTH LOCATIONS)
Before any prospective bidder shall be entitled to submit a bid for the occupancy of any such space, he/she must meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the specifications and shall submit the Qualifications Questionnaire and give written notice of intent to bid on the Notice of Intention to Bid form by 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 11, 2006, to the Hawaii Community Development Authority, 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 1001, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
Bids are due on or before 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 17, 2006 at the offices of Hawaii Community Development Authority, 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 1001, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
Prior to permitting any interested party to bid, the Hawaii Community Development Authority shall satisfy itself of the prospective bidders financial ability, experience and competence to carry out the terms and conditions of the agreement that may be awarded.
Upon request, the required forms for bidding, including specifications and agreement, may be obtained from the above-named office.
