QUALITY ASSURANCE
SPECIALIST

Reviews the mental health services provided by community agencies and service providers to our clients to ensure these services are coordinated and consistent; meets professionally accepted standards and pursues opportunities for improvements.

Recommended qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, health, nursing, education, or therapeutic field; 1 yr. exper. health industry quality assurance; knowledge of MedQuest QAP standards, Medicaid, managed care systems; and computer application skills. Appropriate substitutions allowed.
