NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR
PUBLIC COMMENT ON STATE PLAN

The Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD) and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD), Department of Health, State of Hawaii, is requesting public comment (P.L. 102-321) on the FY 2006 Community Mental Health Services Block Grant State Plan for persons with severe and persistent mental illness and for children and adolescents with a serious emotional disturbance. Comment is invited on the FY 2006 State Plan for inclusion in the FY 2007 State Plan.
