REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 14871
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the public notice published on May 30, 2006, the City and County of Honolulu, through its Department of Budget and Fiscal Services (City), announces that the applications for CDBG and HOME funds for fiscal year 2008 under Request for Proposals No. 14871 are now available. Private nonprofit corporations and agencies of the City and County of Honolulu are encouraged to download or pick up these funding applications from the Division of Purchasing, Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
The schedule to apply for fiscal year 2008 CDBG and HOME funding is as follows:
June 30, 2006……………………..CDBG and HOME funding applications are available.
4:00 p.m., July 14, 2006………Deadline for private nonprofits to submit prequalification materials to the Division of Purchasing, as evidenced by a date and time stamp from the Division of Purchasing.
Friday, July 28, 2006………….. Deadline to ask for technical assistance about funding applications from City.
4:00 p.m., August 31, 2006…..Deadline for private nonprofits and City agencies to submit CDBG/HOME funding applications to the Division of Purchasing, as evidenced by a date and time stamp from the Division of Purchasing.
March 31, 2007…………………..Deadline for final project selection.
To obtain and submit a CDBG or HOME funding application:
Obtain the RFP and funding applications on the Division of Purchasing website: www.honolulu.gov/pur.
You may also pick up these funding applications in person at the Division of
Purchasing, Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Complete the CDBG and HOME funding application, including all required
attachments.
Return the completed funding application(s), any required attachments, plus the Citys written approval of your prequalification materials to the Division of Purchasing by 4:00 p.m., August 31, 2006, as evidenced by a date and time stamp from the Di vision of Purchasing. (Funding applications must include the Citys written approval of prequalification materials that were submitted to the Division of Purchasing by the July 14, 2006, deadline.)
