The HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF HAWAII (HCDCH) is requesting for proposals from qualified persons to serve as a development manager for the development of the following new 72-unit and 40-bed dormitory emergency, transitional and affordable rental housing project at HCDCHs former Uluwehi Apartments project site:
KAHIKOLU OHANA HALE O WAIANAE PROJECT
WAIANAE, OAHU, HAWAII

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure an experienced development consultant to provide management and administrative services necessary to facilitate and complete the development of the project.
Copies of the RFP may be examined at HCDCH and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $10.00 which may be payable by cash or check. HCDCH offices are located at:
