ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ALUMNI
PROGRAMS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, & evaluation of programs & events for alumni. These programs will connect alumni to the University of Hawai`i System & its resources. Responsibilities include event planning; program initiation & development; alumni chapter program management; & engaging & managing volunteers for program activities.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Provides support to the Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations, Alumni Relations staff, & the University of Hawaii Alumni Association Board of Directors. This includes screening & handling telephone & electronic communications, greeting & directing visitors, making travel arrangements, maintaining files, paying expenses, & dealing with other administrative issues & inquiries as they arise.
