PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wayne M. Hashiro, Managing Director, City and County of Honolulu, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-32.3(b)(5), Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, is notifying members of the public that video surveillance cameras are being installed in the following locations:

(a) Two (2) video surveillance cameras will be installed and operated continuously in the reception area of the office of the Mayor, on the third floor of City Hall, 530 South King Street, both facing the reception area, to provide coverage of the enclosed public entrance and waiting area.

(b) One (1) video surveillance camera will be installed and operated continuously in the reception area of the office of the Managing Director, on the third floor of City Hall, 530 South King Street, facing the front entrance and reception desk to provide coverage of the public entrance to that office.

The video surveillance is being initiated in accordance with the authority granted under the provisions of Section 2-32.3(a)(3), Revised Ordinances of Honolulu.
