ALL HAZARDS PLANNER

Plans, organizes and coordinates planning and development activities for the Department’s emergency/disaster response. Develops and documents protocols and SOPs. Plans, conducts, and evaluates exercises and drills.

Requires college or university degree and 3-1/2 years experience demonstrating ability to develop and implement comprehensive response plans, evaluate simulated and actual response operations, and understand NIMS/ICS.
