COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND
EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAMS
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulus Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG and ESG programs, the following is provided for your information.
The following change to the National Objective for a Fiscal Year 2005 project is being proposed for implementation.
Project Title and Description: Young Men\u2019s Christian Association of Honolulu -Weed & Seed Program
Provide grant funds to support the operations of the Weed & Seed program in the Kalihi-Palama/Chinatown area.

Project Title and Description: ESGP 06 Mental Health Kokua
Provision of grant funds for essential services related to the Safe Haven transitional shelter.
