TO: JOHN DOE 1 through JOHN DOE 500, inclusive, and JANE DOE 1 through JANE DOE 500, inclusive, unknown heirs of Loika (k), Kalawaia (k), J. Kahai aka James Kahai, and Miriam Grace Wilcox, all deceased
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 05-1-2240-12 (RKOL) for the taking of easements described as Parcels 3, 4, C-3A, and C-3B (TMK: 1-2-013-008), for a public use being: Nimitz Highway Sewer Reconstruction at OCCC, situate at Kalihi-Kai and Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in courtroom 5C of the Honorable Randal K. O. Lee, in the Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 18th day of July, 2006, at 9:00 oclock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Winston K. Q. Wong, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
