NOTICE OF NON-JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE SALE
94-341 Hokuahiahi Street, Unit 307, Mililani, Hawaii 96789

AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION dba Aames Home Loan, whose address is 350 South Grand Avenue, 42nd Floor, Los Angeles, California 90071, as Mortgagee under and pursuant to Sections 667-5 through 667-10 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, and the mortgage dated July 1, 2005 and filed in the Land Court as Document No. 3307180, gives notice that said mortgage is in default, that Mortgagee intends to foreclose upon said mortgage and that Mortgagee will hold a sale by public auction on Friday, June 2, 2006, at 12:00 noon at the front entrance of the First Circuit Court Building, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii of the real property located at 94-341 Hokuahiahi Street, Unit 307, Mililani, Hawaii 96789 (TMK No. (1) 9-4-005-039-0029). Terms of the sale are: (1) no upset price; (2) property sold strictly in “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” condition; (3) property sold without covenant or warranty, express or implied, as to title, possession or encumbrances; (4) Purchaser must pay 10% of the highest successful bidded price in cash or by cashier’s or certified check at close of auction, except for Mortgagee which is allowed to offset price with the amount of its secured indebtedness; (5) property is to be conveyed by Mortgagee by mortgagee’s quitclaim conveyance, which shall be provided by Mortgagee within 21 days after sale, and upon payment by Purchaser of all costs related to the sale, including, but not limited to costs of drafting conveyance documents, notary fees, consent fees, escrow fees, conveyance tax and recordation fees; (6) Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining a certificate of title and title insurance, if required or desired, and clearing any satisfied liens that may remain of record; (7) obligation for taxes and similar charges shall be prorated as of closing; (8) responsibility for securing possession as of closing is with Purchaser; (9) sale may be postponed from time to time by public announcement made by Mortgagee or someone acting on its behalf; and (10) Purchaser must sign a written acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of the purchase of the property. If Purchaser is other than Mortgagee, Purchaser may forfeit his/her 10% down payment if the remaining 90% of the highest successful bidded price and all other closing costs are not timely made as aforesaid, or if the Purchaser fails to complete the sales transaction upon Mortgagee’s tender of quitclaim conveyance documents, within the time frame prescribed by statute.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THIS ACTION IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE, AND THAT THE DEBT MAY BE DISPUTED.
