PUBLIC NOTICE TO OFFERORS
NOTICE is hereby given that COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS for INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES/INVESTMENT PRODUCT FOR THE STATE OF HAWAII DEFERRED COMPENSATION RETIREMENT PLAN FOR PART-TIME, TEMPORARY, AND SEASONAL/CASUAL EMPLOYEES, RFP No. DCP-FY-06-1, is being solicited. Proposals shall be sent to the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees (Board) of the State of Hawaiis Deferred Compensation Plan, Department of Human Resources Development, 235 S. Beretania Street, 14th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 by 12:00 p.m. noon (HST), June 5, 2006. The proposals shall not be opened publicly, but shall be opened in the presence of persons designated by the Chairperson. The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained at no cost, beginning at 12:00 p.m. noon (HST), May 1, 2006, from the above address or can be mailed by calling (808) 587-1070. Prospective bidders who are interested in having the RFP mailed to them shall provide their Federal Express Account Number or its equivalent. The deadline for submission of written questions or requests to amend the RFP is 2:00 p.m. (HST), May 15, 2006. A written Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal must be received in the above office by 2:00 p.m. (HST), May 30, 2006 in order for a proposal to be considered. Questions and the Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal may be faxed to (808) 587-1128. The Board reserves the right to cancel this RFP, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, when it is in the best interest of the State.
