INVITATION TO BIDDERS
IFB #05-06/P-91
Pursuant to Chapter 103-D, HRS, sealed offers for the Furnishing of Labor and Equipment to Trim and Remove Trees and Remove Green Waste within Street Road Corridor Right of Ways and County Parks, will be received by the Bid Receiver, Purchasing Division, Department of Finance, up to 2:00 oclock p.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2006 and will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter.
Specifications and offer form may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, located at Suite 612 on the 6th floor at the County Building, 200 South High Street, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793.
All prospective bidders shall possess a C-27b or a C-27 contractors license, issued by the State of Hawaii.
Bid is open to Qualified Utility Line Clearance Workers according to OSHA standards and recognized as such by Maui Electric Company, Inc., according to their specifications and requirements.
Bid is open to Certified Arborists of the International Society of Arboriculture.
The contractor shall comply with the current Schedule of Wage Rates Bulletin for purposes of chapter 104, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
