The HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF HAWAII (HCDCH) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of an unimproved, vacant site at its Wahiawa Mixed Use Project:
ON IHOIHO PLACE
ADJACENT TO THE LAIOLA ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT
WAHIAWA, OAHU, HAWAII

Approximately 10,000 square feet
The objectives of this Request for Proposals (RFP) are to produce two affordable leasehold for-sale single-family dwelling units on the vacant area, and to subdivide the adjacent Laiola Elderly Housing Project from the balance of the property.
Copies of the RFP may be examined at HCDCH and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier\u2019s or certified check only. HCDCH offices are located at:

An informational meeting on the RFP will be held in the HCDCH Boardroom at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2006.
