Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG program, the following is provided for your information. The amended project eligibility for the following FY06 project is being proposed for implementation.

Project Title and Description: Community Based Economic Development
Provision of funds for DCS – Office of Special Projects to administer, implement and monitor CDBG-eligible community-based economic development projects and programs.
