Notice to Bidders
Sealed tenders will be due by and opened at 2:00 pm May 10, 2006, in the office of Kukuiula Development Company (Hawaii), LLC at the Waste Water Treatment Plant on McBryde Cane Haul Road, Koloa, Hawaii for Major Project Road and Ala Pualeikukui Street (Grading and Drainage). The scope of work includes grading, erosion control, sewer mains, sewer service, storm drain piping with drain inlets, water mains, underground electrical, telephone, CATV, gasline trench excavation and backfill, AC paving, signage and pavement markings. Notice of Intent to Bid form and Standard Questionnaire are both due prior to bid due date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. April 26, 2006 at the above office location.
