4. Bill 30 – Authorizing the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds and Bond Anticipation Notes of the City and County of Honolulu in a maximum principal amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts appropriated in the Capital Budget Ordinance of said City and County for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2007, and specified in said Ordinance to be financed from the proceeds of the sale of such bonds and to be expended from the General Improvement Bond Fund, the Highway Improvement Bond Fund or the Solid Waste Improvement Bond Fund.

5. Bill 31 – Relating to the Department of Enterprise Services. (Enhancing the revenue opportunities of the City’s Department of Enterprise Services (DES) by: (l) adding provisions to allow the DES Director to enter into co-promotion relationships with tenants of certain DES facilities who bring in major popular commercial events; (2) amending provisions to allow the DES Director to cap the percentage rent in order to bring to the Blaisdell Center Arena certain major popular commercial events; and (3) amending provisions pertaining to nonprofit tenants who are displaced from a contract date at the Blaisdell Concert Hall.)

6. Bill 32 – Relating to admission fees for the Honolulu Zoo. (Increasing the non- resident admission fees for the Honolulu Zoo.)

7. Bill 33 – Relating to Transit Fund. (Creating a fund to receive and expend monies for the operating or capital costs of a locally preferred alternative for a mass transit project described by Ordinance 05-027 and any amendments thereto.)

8. Bill 34 – Relating to Special Reserve Fund. (Changing the name of the fund; revising certain provisions such as establishing minimum and optimal balances and specifying conditions under which monies from the fund can be used; and clarifying its administration.)

9. Resolution 06-079 – Determining the Real Property Tax Rates for the City and County of Honolulu for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.

The foregoing schedule of rates is for consideration at the public hearing. The final tax rates may be higher or lower than the rates reflected above.

Advance notice is given that the Council will adopt the Resolution fixing the real property rates for the fiscal year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007 at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2006, in the Council Chamber, Honolulu, Hale.
