1. Bill 23 – Relating to motor vehicles parked in parking meter spaces within the limits of any City public park. Clarifying what constitutes a violation related to vehicles that park in parking meter spaces within the limits of public parks.
2. Bill 35 – Relating to septic tanks. Allowing the Citys one-time tax credit against real property tax liability to be granted to additional property owners who have replaced their cesspools with septic tank systems on their respective properties.
3. Bill 36, CD1 Relating to lease of City property for telecommunications facilities. Clarifying the existing ordinance to ensure that the amount charged for the use of telecommunications facilities is consistent with the Councils intent.
