The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 23, 2006 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 06-09 [Bill 72 (2005), CD2, FD2] A Bill for an Ordinance establishing a curbside recycling program.

Effective: January 1, 2007.

Ordinance 06-10 [Bill 12 (2006), CD1, FD2] A Bill for an Ordinance relating to limits on real property taxation.

NOES: Councilmember Okino. 1.
