PERSONNEL SPECIALIST II – PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT. POSITION NO. 74711. This position is located in the Recruitment, Retention and Support Center of the Office of Human Resources. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with specialization in human resource management or management which included course work in personnel administration and industrial relations. Four (4) years of professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resources management, of which one (1) year shall have been in an education program, agency, or system. SALARY RANGE: SR-7, $68,843 to $97,456. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
