The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 15, 2006 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 06-04 – [Bill 66 (2005), CD1, FD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to real property tax exemptions for low-income elderly persons.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino, Tam. – 9.
Approved/Effective: February 27, 2006 and shall apply to the tax years beginning July 1, 2007 and thereafter.

Ordinance 06-05 – [Bill 68 (2005), CD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to mopeds.

Ordinance 06-06 – [Bill 77 (2005), CD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to green building standards for city facilities.
