PERSONNEL SPECIALIST III CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION, POSITION NO. 69980. This position is located in the Office of Human Resources. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in business administration with specialization in human resources management or management including coursework in personnel administration and industrial relations. Seven (7) years of responsible professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resources, of which three (3) years shall have been in an educational program, agency or system. SALARY RANGE: EOSR-8, $71,775 to $101,606. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
