PERSONNEL SPECIALIST II RECRUITER, POSITION NO. 60066, and CLASSIFIED PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, POSITION NO. 69977. These positions are located in the Office of Human Resources. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in business administration with specialization in human resources management, or with specialization in management which included coursework in personnel administration and industrial relations. Four (4) years of responsible professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resources, of which one (1) year shall have been in an educational program, agency or system. SALARY RANGE: SR-7, $68,843 to $97,456. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
