NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., on March 3, 2006, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, mezzanine level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii for providing Towing Services for Public Mass Transit Buses and Vehicles operated by Oahu Transit Services, Inc. located at 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Prospective bidders, established firms or new firms to be established, are welcomed to submit a bid; however, the bidder must comply with the provisions of Section 103-55, Hawaii Revised Statutes, regulating Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works. Form of proposal may be obtained from said Office of the Purchasing Division upon application for Proposal Document No. 2006-14.
