CASE MANAGEMENT AND
SUPPORT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a statewide standardized and consistent case management system. Also responsible for the monitoring of case management practices and activities provided by AMHD funded providers. MQ: Master’s degree in nursing (specializing in psychiatry), psychology, social work or other related social science with appropriate licensure and 2 years of supervisory experience, including performance evaluation and labor relations.

CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Assist the Case Management and Support Services Director in coordinating a statewide system of case management services. MQ: Bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or other related social science and minimum of 5 years experience in the adult mental health field.

FINANCIAL RESOURCE SPECIALIST
Plans, develops, implements, and supervises the revenue enhancing activities for AMHD. These activities include outpatient clinic billing, Medicaid, and other third party reimbursement. MQ: Bachelor’s degree with appropriate licensure and 2 years experience with payers of health care services, utilization management, and/or compliance programs. Possession of a Master’s degree or a doctoral degree may be substituted for 1 to 2 years of experience.

HAWAII SERVICE AREA ADMINISTRATOR
Provides oversight, planning, monitoring, and evaluating of Hawaii based programs and services funded by the AMHD. MQ: Master’s degree in social work with experience in mental health, a Master’s degree in nursing specializing in psychiatry, a Master’s degree in public health with an emphasis on administration and planning, a Master’s degree in psychology, or a Doctoral degree in psychology, from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 5 years experience working with mentally ill consumers with knowledge of community-based mental health services is required for the position.
