NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in the Board Room, Public Service Building, 630 South Beretania Street, on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. or soon thereafter; to be continued if necessary on MARCH 20, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. or soon thereafter; so those interested may be heard to consider the following:

The Amended FY 2005-2006 Operating and Capital
Improvement Program Budget of the Board of Water
Supply for the fiscal year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.

Following the February 27, 2006 public hearing, if no further deliberation is deemed necessary, the March 20, 2006 continuation of the public hearing will be canceled.

Information to be discussed at this public hearing is available at Room 201 of the Public Service Building, Board of Water Supply, 630 South Beretania Street.

All comments on or suggested changes to the amended FY 2005 – 2006 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget of the Board of Water Supply should be filed in writing before the date of the public hearing or presented in person at the time of the hearing. Each party presenting testimony at the hearing shall be limited to five (5) minutes.

Any disabled person requiring special assistance who plans to attend the public hearing or its continuation, may contact Ms. Alison Kawata at 748-5100, no later than February 20, 2006, and March 13, 2006, respectively, for the initial hearing or its continuation if necessary, so that appropriate accommodations can be provided.
