Starting salary: $4,613.00 – $6,310.00/month
Minimum requirements: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a major in personnel and industrial relations, public administration, business administration, political science, psychology, or a related field and five years of professional experience in personnel work, three of which shall have been in labor relations.

Department of Environmental Management in Kailua-Kona
Starting salary: $2,513.00 – $3,867.00/month
Minimum requirements: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of technical experience in engineering oriented support functions such as in research, data collection and analyses, inspection, testing, designing, surveying and/or drafting experience. Certain positions in this class of work may require the possession of a valid driver\u2019s license to perform the positions essential job duties. The immediate vacancy requires the possession of a valid drivers license.
