Insurance Examiner II

The Insurance Division is recruiting for qualified applicants to fill the position of an Insurance Examiner II. Duties include the examination of insurance agencies and insurance companies, and certification of insurance companies. The Examiner II is part of the Financial Surveillance and Examination Branch which is responsible for regulatory oversight of various Hawaii insurance companies and agencies.

College degree with major in accounting or finance, good analytical skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel are essential. Insurance industry experience is a plus. CPA preferred but not required.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
