The DOH seeks 4 motivated individuals for the following Substance Abuse Recovery & Support Project (Access to Recovery-ATR) exempt positions:
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Under supervision of the Branch Chief, ensures compliance w/ project & agency goals; policies & procedures; and federal & State laws, rules, regulations & guidelines. Guides & oversees project staff to ensure a coordinated & smooth implementation of the Project throughout this 3-year federal grant initiative. Will work w/ a range of community & faith based organizations to ensure that a comprehensive range of support & recovery services are established. Serves as lead in clinical & program development issues as well as all administrative matters relating to the Project
The following positions support the Project under supervision of the Project Director:
ACCOUNTANT
Oversees budgeting & fiscal monitoring of Project services. Ensures financial integrity of the Project including resource management, service payments & waste/fraud prevention.
QUALITY ASSURANCE MONITOR
Works w/ project staff, community & faith based organizations, Division employees & external evaluators to monitor system utilization; and ensures that quality services are provided & necessary corrective actions are taken.
SERVICE DEVELOPER
Works w/ administrators & staff of participating community & faith based organizations to establish & identify needed recovery & support services and to support & maintain a continuum of needed services.
