The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of vacant parcels located:

AIEA, LANAKILA AVENUE, PUNCHBOWL
HONOLULU, OAHU, HAWAII
Aiea: TMK: (1) 9-9-44: 20 & 24
Lanakila Avenue: TMK: (1) 1-7-41: 02
Punchbowl: TMK: (1) 2-2-13:04, 14, 96, 101

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to develop affordable rental housing within the shortest feasible duration.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier\u2019s or certified check only. HHFDC offices are located at:

An informational meeting on this RFP will be held in the HHFDC Boardroom at 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2008.
